Former Sapang Dalaga, Misamis Occidental Mayor Rey Yap was slain inside the Manila City Hall, attending a court hearing at RTC Branch 19 last Tuesday, January 29. He sustained 5 gunshot wounds from the gunman dressed as a police officer.

This is the first time I got the chance to experience a curfew imposed by the Government, it didn’t affect me at all since I was home around 8PM already, but the tension it brought was something new.
