I’ve been into WordPress Theme design for quite a while. So far I’ve made several of them already up to this time, I only had one to be released for free. Brown-ish Grid WordPress Theme has been quite successful in terms of download, but I guess it still needs improvement.

What’s the statistics?

Since releasing this theme last March here, and being officially included on WordPress Theme Directory, it was already downloaded 70+ times here, and around 1,000+ on WordPress.

For me, having a work released for free for the first time, and get at least 1000 download is enough. I guess with a thousand download and so far no complain from the people who downloaded it means that I did a fair job on it. But still, your suggestion is still accepted.

Who’s been using this?

So far, I’ve only seen a number of people who uses this theme, like I said I think it needs to be develop more to be fully accepted by the public.

So what’s next?

I’ll be coming up with an update if and when I find time to, and since WordPress 2.7 is just around the corner, I guess I’ll have fun editing it for the new WordPress.
